- Naizop.com pricing may change at any time without notice. Our payment and refund policies remain in effect despite any rate changes.
- We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery depends on order volume and platform-related updates. While we provide estimated timelines, these are not guaranteed. Orders still marked as “processing” will not be refunded due to delays.

How Naizop Works
Naizop.com is designed to promote your social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and others) by boosting engagement on your posts—including followers, views, likes, shares, and comments.
This boost helps increase the visibility of your content, which can attract organic engagement from real users.
It is important to note that Naizop does not replace organic growth. The service is meant to enhance your reach and improve the chances of gaining genuine interactions, not to artificially generate permanent followers or interactions. Naizop cannot guarantee organic interactions; results depend on your content, profile, and platform policies.
Service Appearance & Analytics Disclaimer
Naizop services are designed to boost the public appearance and visible engagement of your social media content. Our services affect how engagement appears externally and do not guarantee a 100% match inside platform insights, analytics dashboards, or creator statistics.
Social media platforms use internal measurement systems that are not publicly disclosed. As a result:
- Delivered engagement may not fully reflect in analytics panels.
- Platform dashboards may show different or mixed numbers for likes, views, followers, or shares.
This behavior is controlled by the platform and is outside our responsibility. Orders are considered successfully delivered once the engagement appears publicly, regardless of internal analytics.
Country-Targeted Services Disclaimer
For country-targeted services, profiles are configured to appear as coming from the selected country to match your order preference. However, platforms use their own internal tracking and categorization systems.
- Engagement will visually appear as the selected country.
- Platform analytics may show mixed or different country data.
Important: Differences in analytics reporting or country display do not constitute a service error and are not eligible for refunds.
Service Permanence
- Services are not advertised as permanent unless explicitly stated.
- Even services marked as permanent can experience drops due to platform scans, sudden spikes in engagement, or other factors outside our control.
- Drops caused by normal platform activity, scans, or analytics differences are not eligible for refunds.
- While services are intended for long-term engagement, sudden drops can still occur.
- We recommend starting with a small order and gradually increasing it to maintain stability and reduce the risk of sudden drops.
Refund Policy
Payment and Dispute Policy
Once payment is completed, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks.
Filing disputes after successful delivery may result in:
- Account suspension
- Cancellation of future orders
- Removal of previously delivered services
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, including accidental or mistaken orders. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
- If an order is non-deliverable or remains stuck in processing for more than 48 hours, a refund will be issued as Naizop credit in your account.
- If an order is marked as delivered, but you delete the post or profile before our technical team can review the issue, we cannot verify non-delivery, and no refund will be granted.
- If the service received differs from what was ordered (e.g., wrong country or quality), the original post or link must remain live for verification.
Example: If you ordered Vietnamese likes but received Japanese likes, and then delete the post, our team cannot verify the issue — no refund will be issued.
Multiple Server Usage Warning: Do not use more than one server for the same link or post simultaneously. This can create delivery conflicts, and no refunds will be issued for affected orders.
Important: All refunds are issued as Naizop credit only and cannot be withdrawn.
Platform-Related Issues
- We are not responsible for drops in followers, likes, or engagement caused by social media platforms after an order is marked complete.
- Orders placed for private accounts or with incorrect links do not qualify for a refund.
Please note:
- The number of drops stated in some services are estimations only, based on our internal testing.
- Platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others occasionally perform bot scans that may cause random drops, even for services marked as permanent.
- Sudden spikes in engagement or other platform-related activities can also result in temporary or permanent drops.
Drops due to normal platform activity, scans, or analytics differences are not eligible for refunds. This is standard across all SMM markets.
Fraud & Quality
- Fraudulent activity, like using stolen payments, results in permanent bans.
- If the service received differs from the order, your post must remain live for verification. Deleted posts cannot be refunded.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your information is used only to process orders. We never share, sell, or redistribute your data. All information is securely stored.
Data Handling:
- Any personal information you provide (such as email address, order details, or account usernames) is used strictly for order processing, customer support, and service delivery purposes only.
- Naizop.com does not require or store sensitive credentials such as social media passwords unless explicitly stated in a service description. When credentials are required, they are handled securely, accessed only by authorized staff, and never stored beyond what is necessary to complete the service.
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
- We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
By using Naizop.com, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy & Data Protection policy.
Terminology
- Speed Up: Any increase in followers, likes, views, shares, or comments provided by Naizop.com to speed up the visibility and engagement of a post.
- Organic Engagement: Interactions (likes, comments, follows, shares) made by real users on your content without artificial manipulation.
- Guarantee Service: A service that comes with a refill to maintain delivered engagement over time. Even Guarantee services may experience drops due to platform activity or scans, but refills are available.
- Non-Guaranteed Service: Services that do not come with a refill and may drop quickly. Drops are not eligible for compensation.
- Refill: The process of replacing dropped engagement for Guarantee Services. Refills restore followers, likes, views, shares, or comments that were lost due to platform activity or scans. Refills are only available for Guarantee Services and are not provided for Non-Guaranteed Services.
- Drop: A decrease in followers, likes, views, shares, or comments after delivery. Drops can occur due to normal platform activity, platform scans, or sudden spikes in engagement.
- Platform Scan: Automated activity by social media platforms that detects unusual engagement patterns and may cause temporary or permanent drops.
- Processing / In Progress: The status of an order that is actively being delivered or is in the queue for delivery.
- Pending: The status of an order that has been placed but has not yet started processing.
- Partial: The status of an order that has been partially delivered, e.g., some engagement has been delivered, but the remainder is still pending or in progress.
- Cancel: The status of an order that has been canceled due to technical issues, user request (if allowed), or system errors.
- Naizop Credit: Refunds or compensation issued within Naizop.com that can be applied to future orders and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Multiple Server Usage: Using more than one Naizop server or service simultaneously for the same link or post, which can create delivery conflicts.
