Naizop Terms of Service

Agreement & General Information

By placing an order on Naizop.com, you agree to all terms outlined below.

Naizop may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before placing an order.

You agree to comply with the rules and policies of all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube, and others.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders marked as Processing cannot be canceled or refunded due to delays.

Naizop is not responsible for bans, suspensions, shadowbans, demonetization, content removal, engagement removal, or any platform-related penalties.

Naizop is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to platform outages, algorithm updates, policy changes, technical failures, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

Nature of Services

Naizop provides social media engagement services designed to improve the public appearance of engagement on your content, including followers, views, likes, shares, reposts, saves, and comments.

These services are intended to boost visibility and support marketing efforts. They do not replace organic growth, content strategy, audience building, or platform optimization.

We guarantee delivery of the quantity purchased as described at the time of order, subject to platform conditions and refill policy limitations.

We do not guarantee real organic interactions, long-term retention, or permanent results. Outcomes depend on your content quality, account condition, and platform rules.

No social media marketing provider can guarantee permanent engagement. All services are subject to platform algorithms, automated scans, detection systems, filters, and policy updates that are outside of Naizop’s control.

Service Appearance, Analytics & Metrics

Naizop services increase public engagement counters only.

Platform analytics, insights, dashboards, reach, impressions, watch time, audience retention, engagement rate, and other internal metrics may not match public counters. Platforms may delay, filter, reclassify, or remove engagement data at their discretion.

An order is considered completed once engagement is publicly visible, regardless of differences shown in platform analytics, insights, dashboards, or internal metrics.

We do not guarantee improvements in analytics, reach, impressions, monetization metrics, or dashboard performance.

Differences in analytics or internal metrics are not valid grounds for refunds.

Monetization, Affiliate & Creator Programs

Unless clearly stated on the service page, Naizop services are not intended for monetization purposes.

We do not guarantee approval or eligibility for ad revenue programs, affiliate programs, creator programs, partner programs, or any monetization system.

We do not guarantee earnings, revenue, or monetization status.

All approval decisions are made entirely by the platform. Monetization rejection or removal is not a valid reason for refunds.

Country-Targeted Services

Country-targeted services are designed to make engagement appear publicly from your selected country.

However, platform analytics and insights may classify engagement differently. For example, engagement may appear U.S.-based publicly but show India, Vietnam, or another country inside analytics.

This is normal platform behavior and not a service error.

Country targeting applies to public appearance only and does not guarantee identical classification inside platform analytics or insights.

Differences in country data within platform insights are normal behavior and are not eligible for refunds.

Service Permanence & Drops

Services are not permanent unless explicitly stated. Even services labeled as permanent may experience drops due to platform scans, detection systems, algorithm updates, sudden engagement spikes, account changes, or policy updates.

“Permanent” means Naizop does not intentionally remove engagement. Platforms may remove or filter engagement at any time without notice.

Drops caused by platform behavior are normal and are not refundable.

Drops occurring after the stated refill period are not eligible for refill or refund.

Drop Rate & Stability

Engagement stability varies depending on platform conditions and service type.

Any drop percentages shown on service pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual retention may be higher or lower depending on algorithm changes, platform updates, detection systems, or account activity. Naizop does not guarantee a specific retention percentage. Any retention rates shown on the service page are estimates only and may vary depending on platform conditions.

If a service includes refill protection, dropped engagement may be replaced within the stated refill period, provided:

  • The content remains live

  • The username remains unchanged

  • The account remains public

  • The original link has not been modified

Refill requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe shown in the service description.

Non-guaranteed services do not include refill protection. Drops resulting from platform algorithm scans or automated detection systems are considered normal platform behavior and are not valid grounds for refunds.

Service Quality

Engagement quality may vary depending on the service type.

Unless specifically stated on the service page, Naizop does not guarantee specific follower activity levels, profile aesthetics, demographic breakdowns, authenticity standards, interaction behavior, or audience intent.

Subjective dissatisfaction or personal quality expectations do not qualify as service failure.

Delivery Time

Most services complete within 12–24 hours under normal conditions. Delivery speed may vary depending on order volume, platform updates, maintenance, technical adjustments, server load, or third-party system behavior.

Temporary delays do not qualify for refunds while an order remains in Processing status. Orders stuck in Processing for more than 48 hours may be refunded as Naizop Credit only.

Delivery completion is based on public counter visibility, not internal platform analytics, insights, or dashboard metrics.

Platform Report Services

Platform Report Services are designed to submit reports to social media platforms to increase the chance of review or moderation.

We do not guarantee that an account, profile, or post will be banned, removed, restricted, or actioned.

Delivery is considered complete once reports are submitted.

No refunds will be issued for this service.

To protect internal systems and tools, proof of submission cannot be provided.

Naizop is not responsible for the platform’s decision, lack of action, delayed action, or final outcome.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All orders are final once placed. Refunds are issued only as Naizop Credit and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Refunds may be provided as Naizop Credit if:

  • A service fails to start, or

  • An order remains in Processing for more than 48 hours

Completed or partially delivered orders are not eligible for refunds. Deleted, modified, private, or username-changed content is not eligible for refunds.

Running multiple services or third-party promotions simultaneously on the same link may affect delivery and void refund eligibility.

Payments & Top-Up Processing

Wallet funding and top-up processing times depend on the selected payment method and the payment provider.

While most payments are processed instantly, some methods may require additional verification, security screening, or bank processing time.

Top-up delays caused by payment providers, banks, verification systems, or processor reviews are outside of Naizop’s control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Once payment is made, disputes or chargebacks are not permitted.

Users must contact support before escalating payment disputes.

If a chargeback is opened, the associated account will be suspended immediately while the case is reviewed. Confirmed disputes may result in permanent account suspension, cancellation of future orders, restriction from using the platform, and removal of delivered services.

Naizop reserves the right to provide order history, communication records, and service proof to payment processors during dispute investigations.

Multiple Service Usage

Do not use more than one service on the same link at the same time. Conflicts caused by multiple services or third-party marketing campaigns cannot be refunded.

Using other providers during active delivery may interfere with service performance and stability.

Platform-Related Issues

Naizop is not responsible for engagement drops after completion, platform removals, private account orders, incorrect links, username changes, content deletion, concurrent promotions, or actions taken by the platform.

Users must not during active delivery:

  • Change username

  • Switch account from public to private

  • Delete related posts or content

  • Block system interaction

Such actions may interrupt delivery and void refill eligibility.

Platforms may remove engagement at any time due to automated scans or detection systems.

Fraud & Unauthorized Payments

Fraudulent payments, including stolen cards or unauthorized transactions, will result in permanent account suspension.

Naizop reserves the right to deny service to users suspected of fraud, abuse of refill policy, repeated disputes, or violation of these Terms.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your information is used strictly for order processing and customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data.

Social media passwords are not stored unless clearly required by a specific service. Credentials are handled securely and accessed only by authorized staff.

By using Naizop, you agree to this policy.

Terminology

  • Speed Up – An engagement boost intended to increase public visibility and improve how active a post appears.

  • Organic Engagement – Real interactions gained naturally through content and platform algorithms.

  • Guarantee Service – A service that includes refill protection within a specified period.

  • Non-Guaranteed Service – A service that does not include refill protection.

  • Refill – Replacement of dropped engagement for eligible guaranteed services. Refill processing may take 24–48 hours depending on service conditions.

  • Lifetime Guarantee – Refills may be requested without expiration provided the order remains valid and content stays live.

  • Drop – The loss or decrease of engagement after delivery due to platform algorithm scans, automated detection systems, policy updates, account changes, sudden engagement spikes, or system filtering. Drops are normal platform behavior and are not considered a service error.

  • Platform Scan – Automated or manual review processes used by platforms to detect and remove engagement considered invalid or suspicious.

  • Processing – The order is currently being delivered and cannot be canceled due to delays.

  • Pending – The order has been received but not started.

  • Partial – The order has been partly delivered. This may occur due to incorrect links, private account settings, content changes, platform restrictions, or technical interruptions caused by platform or algorithm updates.

  • Canceled – The order was stopped due to incorrect link submission, private account settings, system limitations, platform restrictions, or technical issues caused by platform or algorithm updates.

  • Naizop Credit – Internal account balance issued by Naizop. It is not withdrawable as cash.

  • Multiple Server Usage – Using more than one service on the same link simultaneously, which may cause delivery conflicts.
