You will only use the naizop.com website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page Naizop.com rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. At Naizop.com, we do not guarantee a specific delivery time for any services. Delivery speed depends on the volume of orders being processed as well as updates or changes made by social media platforms, which may affect the progress of your order. While we provide our best estimation for when your order will be completed, please understand this is only an estimate. Naizop.com will not issue refunds for orders that are still processing, even if you feel the delivery is taking longer than expected. Naizop.com tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

Refund Policy

Payment and Dispute Policy:

You agree that once you complete payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason, with the exception being if your order was not delivered or completed. If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to you or your clients' Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Orders placed on naizop.com will not be refunded or cancelled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credited to your naizop.com account if the order is non-deliverable. Please note: We do not allow withdrawals of funds or credits under any circumstances. All refunds are issued as Naizop credit only, which can be used toward future orders.

Social Media Platform Issues:

naizop.com will not be held accountable or issue refunds if other social media platforms reduce or significantly reduce your followers after the order is completed. Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm the details of each order before placing it.

Fraudulent Activity:

Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Multiple Servers:

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot provide you with the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders.

Quality Issue & Refund Policy:

In case of a quality issue , such as receiving something different from what you paid for, please ensure the original link remains accessible. Deleted posts or links with changed usernames that no longer match the original order are not eligible for a refund.

Example:

If a customer receives likes from Japanese profiles instead of Vietnamese ones, and then deletes the post and asks for a refund, the technical team will not be able to process it. This is because the post is no longer available, and there’s no proof for them to review the issue.

Order Status and Refunds Due to Post Deletion:

If an order was marked as delivered but nothing was received, and you delete the post before the cancellation process, we will be unable to cancel or refund the order as there will be no basis to confirm whether it was received or not.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your terms seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. All information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.

Naizop.com will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything into the Naizop.com site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community. Private accounts would not a get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.
